1.1 — Purpose of These Terms

These Terms form a legal agreement between nat8888 and the player ("player", "you"). Anyone who accesses and uses the services provided by this platform — football betting, live casino, slots, Shan Koe Mee, esports betting — is bound by these Terms.

• Money laundering is strictly prohibited. Accounts involved in such activity will be closed immediately and any remaining funds will be frozen.

2.3 — Self-Account Closure

3.1 — Deposits

• Accepted methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, bank transfer.
• Minimum deposit amount — 3,000 Ks (for all methods).
• Deposits will be credited to the player's account immediately after verification, though delays may occur depending on the payment channel.
• If a deposit is lost or delayed for any reason, contact support immediately with the transfer receipt.

3.2 — Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount — 30,000 Ks.
• Withdrawals are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours, though delays may occur due to bank-related reasons.
• The player's identity verification must be complete before withdrawing, and withdrawals are only allowed via the same method used for the deposit.
• If a withdrawal is made before the bonus wagering requirement is met, the bonus amount will be forfeited and any winnings from the bonus will be lost.
• nat8888 may place a temporary hold on withdrawals if additional financial checks are required.

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus will be added on the first deposit, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks.

• Wagering requirement — the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Example (a) — Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 40,000 Ks. Wagering requirement: 20,000 × 10 = 200,000 Ks.
• Example (b) — Deposit 1,020,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 500,000 Ks, giving a balance of 1,520,000 Ks. Wagering requirement: 500,000 × 10 = 5,000,000 Ks.
• The welcome bonus can only be received once per person.

4.2 — VIP Cashback Bonus

Each VIP level receives the following weekly cashback —

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Cashback calculation, schedule, and payout timing will follow nat8888's VIP program guidelines.

4.3 — Referral Bonus

• Refer a friend to nat8888 and when they make their first deposit, you will receive 10% of that deposit amount as a bonus (maximum 20,000 Ks per referred friend).
• You can also earn 0.2% of your referred friend's valid bets as a weekly commission.
• This referral bonus is also subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal.

4.4 — Bonus Abuse Prevention

If bonus abuse methods such as hedge betting or arbitrage betting are detected, nat8888 may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

5.1 — Game Validity

If a player's bet has an issue (e.g. software error, network disconnection) and the issue cannot be resolved, nat8888 will void that bet and refund the stake.

5.2 — Final Game Decisions

Game results are determined by the platform's random number generator (RNG) and the game provider's system, and nat8888's decision is final. Players may review their game log to check results, but in any dispute, nat8888 is the sole authority on the official outcome.

5.3 — Disconnection

If a network disconnection occurs during play, the system will determine the bet outcome, and when the player reconnects, the result will be shown in their account. nat8888 is not responsible for lost game sessions due to internet disconnection.
